Stream Realty Partners Nears Completion of 215,891 SF Industrial Park in Spring, Texas
Stream Realty Partners is nearing the completion of Summit Grove Business Park, a substantial industrial project located in Spring, a northern suburb of Houston, Texas. The development encompasses 215,891 square feet across two buildings. Building One, a 124,930-square-foot, rear-load structure, is currently available for lease, presenting an opportunity for businesses seeking industrial space in the growing Houston market.
Building Two, a 90,961-square-foot facility within the park, has been fully preleased to an undisclosed energy services company. This prelease highlights the demand for industrial properties, particularly from the energy sector in the region. E.E. Reed served as the general contractor for the project, with Ware Malcomb as the architect and Halff as the civil engineer. Tyler Maner, Abe Richardson, and Grant Wisenbaker represented Stream Realty Partners internally for ownership, while Garrett Thomas and David Munson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant for Building Two. The project's nearing completion adds significant industrial capacity to the Spring area, catering to various logistical and operational needs.
