Trebellar Secures $18 Million Series A to Advance AI for Corporate Real Estate
Trebellar, a San Francisco-based AI platform specializing in corporate real estate, has announced an $18 million Series A funding round. Blossom Capital led the investment, with additional participation from Haystack, Alt Capital, 1Flourish, and Bynd Venture Capital. The company, founded in 2022 by veterans from Salesforce, Google, and Waymo, aims to automate enterprise real estate portfolio strategies.
The platform integrates diverse portfolio data, including space utilization, cost, and commute information, to generate AI-driven real estate strategies for large corporations. Trebellar reports significant growth, with revenue increasing twentyfold from Q1 to Q2 2026. Current clients include major enterprises such as Uber, Meta, and Merck, which utilize the platform to gain a live, data-driven view of their space needs, replacing traditional spreadsheets and consulting services.
The new capital will be allocated to expanding Trebellar's engineering and go-to-market teams, enhancing its AI capabilities, and growing its enterprise customer base. This investment highlights a growing focus on purpose-built AI solutions for the corporate real estate sector.
