Prosper Group and Versluys Group have announced Bugatti Residences Miami, a new 60-story residential tower slated for 75 SW Miami Avenue Road in the city's Brickell neighborhood. This $650 million development is set to introduce 183 luxury residences, including four penthouses, and represents Bugatti's inaugural branded residential venture in the United States.

The project, designed by Brandon Haw Architecture with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg, will feature over 300 feet of Miami River frontage, providing direct water access to Biscayne Bay. The design incorporates elements from Bugatti's automotive heritage, such as the signature C-line, extending the brand's aesthetic into the living spaces. Wiebke Ståhl, Managing Director of Bugatti International, noted Miami's appeal for this expansion due to its architecture, creative spirit, and global draw.

Bugatti has partnered with Rhodium as its exclusive global residential operating partner, planning services like butler service. This development follows the Bugatti Residences by BinGhatti in Dubai. Sales for the Miami project are expected to commence in the first half of 2027, targeting a market that developers describe as a global epicenter for wealth migration and high-end real estate.
