Bugatti to Brand 60-Story Luxury Condo Tower in Miami’s Brickell District
Prosper Group and Belgium-based Versluys Group are partnering to develop a 60-story condominium tower in Miami's Brickell district, which will be branded by luxury automaker Bugatti. This project represents Bugatti's inaugural residential venture in the U.S., following a similar branded tower in Dubai.
The developers acquired the one-acre site at 66 Southwest 6th Street for $50 million in August. Plans for the tower include 183 units, featuring four penthouses, with an estimated development cost of $650 million. Sales for the residences are projected to commence in the first half of 2027.
Brandon Haw Architecture is responsible for the building's design, while Yabu Pushelberg will handle the interiors. The project underscores Miami's appeal to high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, with developers increasingly leveraging luxury auto brands like Bentley, Aston Martin, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, and Pagani to attract international buyers to waterfront sites in Brickell.
