The Rider Residences Condominium Tops Off in Miami
The Rider Residences, a 12-story condominium development situated at 94 NE 29th Street in Miami, has officially topped off, signifying a major construction milestone. Developed by Ciprés and Rilea Group, with architectural design by Deforma Studio and interiors by RADYCA, the project will deliver 152 residences. The building also incorporates approximately 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and rooftop food-and-beverage space. Beauchamp Construction is the general contractor, and the development is anticipated to be completed in the second half of 2027.
The project features fully furnished studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, alongside penthouses, with sizes ranging from 386 to 1,612 square feet. Amenities include a rooftop swimming pool, a residents lounge, fitness facilities, and a soundproofed speakeasy. The Rider Residences permits short-term rentals, offering optional property and rental management. Sales have reached 50 percent, with units priced from $550,000 to $2.4 million. Banco Inbursa provided a $90 million construction loan in September 2025. This development, coupled with the adjacent Mohawk at Wynwood, where construction is scheduled to commence this month, indicates continued investment and residential density growth in Miami’s evolving urban landscape.
