Boca Raton-based PBP Real Estate has introduced PBP Practice, an innovative in-house AI training platform for its agents. This tool allows real estate professionals to rehearse various client interactions, including prospecting, listing presentations, and buyer conversations, with an AI prospect that responds dynamically. After each practice session, agents receive a detailed scorecard highlighting strengths, areas for improvement, and specific recommendations for future calls.

The platform offers 13 distinct conversation types, drawing from PBP's established seller and buyer scripts, dialogues, and objection handlers. Scenarios range from expired listings and for-sale-by-owner calls to investor interactions and full listing presentations, available in both English and Spanish. The AI prospect generates unique profiles, including names, home histories, and personality styles, ensuring varied and unpredictable practice sessions.

According to Gia Freer, PBP broker of record and co-owner, the hands-on practice with pushback is crucial for skill development, far more effective than passive learning. Grant Freer, PBP co-owner and broker associate, developed the platform, ensuring the AI's responses and feedback align with the brokerage's internal standards. This internal tool does not interact with actual clients or generate property valuations, focusing solely on agent skill enhancement. For developers and real estate professionals, such tools signify a growing trend in leveraging technology to refine operational efficiency and agent preparedness in a competitive market.
