SunCap Property Group to Develop Nearly 960,000 SF Industrial Project in Pooler, Georgia

SunCap Property Group is advancing a significant industrial development, Pine Meadow Logistics Park, in Pooler, Georgia. The company recently purchased 65 acres for the project, which will feature two buildings encompassing a total of 959,822 square feet. Located at Pine Meadow Drive and Pine Barren Road, the site offers strategic access to I-95, I-16, and the Port of Savannah’s Garden City Terminal, crucial for logistics operations.

The development plan includes a 606,323-square-foot cross-dock facility and a 353,499-square-foot rear-load facility. Colliers Savannah, represented by Hilary Shipley and Sebastian Findlay, has been appointed to manage the leasing efforts for Pine Meadow Logistics Park. SunCap Property Group anticipates completing both buildings by October 2027. This project will add substantial industrial capacity to the Savannah area, supporting regional supply chain demands and offering new opportunities for businesses requiring proximity to port facilities and major transportation arteries.
