RangeWater and NSKRE Begin Construction on 274-Unit Apartment Project in Decatur, Georgia
RangeWater Real Estate and Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co. (NSKRE) have commenced construction on Ellory House, a 274-unit apartment community located within the Lulah Hills mixed-use development in Decatur, Georgia. This project represents the first joint venture between RangeWater and NSKRE, adding to RangeWater's 31st development in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
Ellory House will feature 274 apartment units alongside 39,000 square feet of ground-level retail space. The development is situated along Lulah Avenue, the main street of Lulah Hills, and directly across from Lemon Park, the largest green space within the 78-acre master-planned site. EDENS, the master developer for Lulah Hills and the redevelopment of the former North DeKalb Mall, is also sponsoring the Ellory House project. While specific construction timelines were not disclosed, this development underscores continued investment in mixed-use residential and retail properties in suburban Atlanta.
