Dermody Secures Two Major Industrial Leases Totaling 376,503 SF at Glenview Logistics Campus

Dermody has announced the signing of two significant industrial leases at its Logistics Campus in Glenview, Illinois. LSL Industries LLC, an Illinois-based manufacturer of medical devices, has leased 81,225 square feet in Building 4. Concurrently, S&C Electric Co., a Chicago-based global provider of electric power systems technology, has fully leased Building 5, a 295,278-square-foot facility. These transactions collectively account for 376,503 square feet of new occupancy.

The Logistics Campus, strategically located just north of Chicago O’Hare International Airport, is planned to encompass over 3.2 million square feet of Class A logistics space across ten buildings upon full completion. Phase I of the development is complete, and Phase II offers 77 acres of fully entitled, shovel-ready property for future expansion. Three additional spaces ranging from 66,000 to 160,000 square feet remain available for lease. This activity highlights continued demand for large-scale industrial and logistics facilities in the Chicago metropolitan area.
