Bozzuto, a prominent real estate development, construction, and management company, is moving its corporate headquarters to the Maple Lawn mixed-use community in Fulton, Maryland. The firm secured a 57,837-square-foot office lease at 8160 Maple Lawn Boulevard, where it will occupy two and a half floors. This relocation, expected in the first quarter of 2027, will see approximately 225 employees transition from the current Greenbelt office, which will be retained as a corporate services hub.

Maple Lawn, a 605-acre development by Greenebaum Enterprises and St. John Properties, offers a blend of over 1,300 homes, 1.8 million square feet of commercial space, and 215,000 square feet of retail. Matt Lenihan, executive vice president for St. John Properties, highlighted the community's walkable amenities as a key draw for businesses. Bozzuto, which manages about 150,000 apartments and has a $3.5 billion pipeline, also plans other office relocations, including a new Seattle office, expanding its footprint across the Washington, D.C., region and nationwide. This move underscores the appeal of integrated mixed-use environments for corporate operations.
