Bozzuto Relocates Headquarters to 57,837 SF Office Space at Maple Lawn in Fulton, Maryland
National real estate development and management firm Bozzuto has finalized a 57,837-square-foot office lease for its new corporate headquarters in Fulton, Maryland. The company is set to relocate approximately 225 employees from its current Greenbelt location to 8160 Maple Lawn Blvd. during the first quarter of 2027. This strategic move places Bozzuto within the Maple Lawn community, a 605-acre mixed-use development spearheaded by Greenebaum Enterprises Inc. and St. John Properties Inc.
The substantial office transaction reflects ongoing corporate relocation trends and the appeal of well-established mixed-use environments in the greater Baltimore metropolitan area. David Fields and Charlie Carroccio of CBRE, along with Lou Christopher of Stream Realty Partners, represented Bozzuto in securing the lease. Bill Jautze of St. John Properties managed the landlord representation internally. This relocation by a prominent real estate firm into a large-scale mixed-use project like Maple Lawn demonstrates the continued demand for integrated development models that offer amenities and accessibility, providing a positive signal for future commercial and residential growth in similar regional hubs.
