Helaba, a German commercial bank, has provided $105 million in construction takeout financing for the Modera Riverview development in Nashville's Germantown neighborhood. The newly built mixed-use project, which debuted in 2024, is a joint venture between CrossHarbor Capital Partners and Mill Creek Residential.

The Modera Riverview property, located at 1410 Adams Street, features 400 residential units and 13,998 square feet of retail space. The retail component is fully leased to Legacy Fitness and Indaco, an Italian restaurant. Amenities for residents include a swimming pool, a rooftop lounge, a fitness center, coworking spaces, and a golf simulator.

Jason Deck, director of real estate finance at Helaba, cited the involvement of two experienced multifamily operators and Nashville's strong market momentum as key factors in the deal. This financing follows a $103 million construction loan previously provided by PNC for the project. The successful securing of takeout financing underscores continued lender confidence in well-located multifamily assets within robust urban markets.
