Developers Secure $133 Million Financing for 344-Unit Mixed-Use Project in Culver City
Lincoln Property Company and McCourt Partners have successfully secured $133 million in construction financing for a substantial mixed-use development in Culver City. The project, known as ElevenOneEleven, is planned for a 3.4-acre site at 11111 Jefferson Boulevard.
Designed by KFA Architecture, the six-story complex is approved to feature 344 homes, with 52 designated as affordable units. It will also incorporate 2,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, a central parking garage, and approximately 17,500 square feet of publicly accessible open space. The development is a wrap-style building with green spaces situated along Sepulveda and Jefferson Boulevards.
Reportedly one of three joint ventures between Lincoln Property Company and McCourt Partners, the project is anticipated to commence groundbreaking in the coming months. Construction is projected to span approximately two years, according to an environmental study. This financing marks a significant step towards increasing housing supply, including affordable options, within Culver City.
