Lincoln Property Co. and McCourt Partners Secure $132.7 Million Construction Loan for Culver City Multifamily Project
Lincoln Property Co. and McCourt Partners have secured $132.7 million in construction financing from Bank OZK for their ElevenOneEleven multifamily development in Culver City, California. The loan was arranged by Lou Friedel and Keith Rosso of Berkadia.
The project, situated on a 3.4-acre site at 11111 Jefferson Blvd., is planned as a six-story building. It will feature 344 residential units, with 52 designated as affordable housing. In addition to the residential component, ElevenOneEleven will include 2,000 square feet of retail space and 17,520 square feet of publicly accessible outdoor areas. The development also incorporates two full floors of residential amenities and 500 parking spaces.
KFA Architecture is serving as the architect for the project, with Kimley-Horn handling civil engineering. Construction is scheduled to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026. This financing deal highlights continued investment in mixed-use residential projects within the Los Angeles market, providing both market-rate and affordable housing options. For developers and lenders, this transaction underscores the availability of capital for well-located, large-scale multifamily ventures with a strong amenity package and affordable housing component.
