This $475 million project involves a 375,000 square foot hospital situated on a 40-acre parcel within the Redtail Ridge development, near U.S. 36 and Northwest Parkway. The new hospital is designed to replace the existing AdventHealth Avista facility, which opened in 2023.

Upon completion, expected in the first quarter of 2029, AdventHealth Louisville will feature up to 150 beds, with provisions for future expansion. Key partners involved in the development include Kimley-Horn, Turner-FH Joint Venture, Adams, SmithGroup, and WSP.
