Principal Asset Management Acquires Proposed Novera Commerce Center in Westminster, Colorado
Principal Asset Management has acquired the Novera Commerce Center, a planned three-building industrial development located at 13900 Huron Street in Westminster, Colorado. Opus Development sold the project, with CBRE’s Todd Witty and Daniel Close representing the seller. The same CBRE team has been retained to manage leasing efforts for the new ownership.
The Novera Commerce Center is designed to encompass 386,489 square feet of industrial space across its three buildings, which will range in size from 89,000 to 195,000 square feet. The development aims to provide flexible suite configurations, substantial loading capacity, and ample trailer parking to accommodate a diverse array of industrial users, with spaces available for occupiers as small as approximately 18,700 square feet. Delivery for the project is slated for the second half of 2027, adding significant modern industrial capacity to the Westminster market.
