The One Kane Class A office development, a seven-story, 126,000-square-foot project located at 9551 East Bay Harbor Drive in Bay Harbor Islands, has officially topped out. This milestone signifies the completion of the concrete superstructure, with work now progressing on the facade, interior build-out, and waterfront dock facilities. Developed by Taubco and Landau Properties, with design by Revuelta Architecture and Civic Construction as general contractor, the building is anticipated to be completed by the second quarter of 2027.

Positioned along the Indian Creek Waterway, One Kane is designed to attract family offices, private equity firms, and hedge funds seeking a high-end workplace outside Miami's traditional business districts. The development emphasizes a luxurious workplace lifestyle, featuring floor-to-ceiling glazing, private outdoor terraces, 11-foot ceiling heights, and advanced infrastructure including fiber-optic broadband and full-building standby power.
