Seefried Industrial Properties Secures Franklin Park Site for $4.5M Industrial Development

Seefried Industrial Properties has finalized the acquisition of a 4-acre site located at 11330 W. Melrose Ave. in Franklin Park, Illinois, for $4.5 million. The company intends to develop an 81,670-square-foot industrial facility on the property. This new development is projected for completion in June 2027.

The planned industrial building will feature 32-foot ceilings, 14 exterior loading docks, and significant visibility from I-294, enhancing its appeal for future tenants. Lee & Associates of Illinois brokered the land sale, with Jeff Provenza representing Seefried Industrial Properties. O’Brien Investment Group was the seller in this transaction. Provenza and his team have also been retained to manage the leasing efforts for the upcoming industrial property.

This deal underscores continued investment in industrial real estate within the Chicago metropolitan area, providing new capacity for logistics and distribution operations.
