Electric Plus Purchases 500,192 SF Industrial Facility in Plainfield for $38.6 Million

Electric Plus, an Indiana-based electrical contractor, has finalized the acquisition of a 500,192-square-foot industrial facility located at 501 Airtech Parkway in Plainfield, Indiana. The $38.6 million purchase is part of the company's strategic relocation of its headquarters from Avon to Plainfield. Jason Speckman of Colliers represented Electric Plus in securing the property.

The industrial asset, situated within the Airtech business park, is equipped with features such as cross-dock loading, a 30-foot clear height, a temperature-controlled warehouse, extensive power resources, and ample parking. Since its establishment in 2006, Electric Plus has expanded considerably, now employing over 950 employee-owners.

Following the acquisition, a portion of the facility, estimated between 115,000 and 265,000 square feet, will be offered for lease, with Speckman also managing these leasing efforts. This move represents a significant investment in consolidating the company's operations and introduces new industrial leasing opportunities in the Plainfield market.
