Colliers Brokers 599,152 SF Industrial Lease Renewal in Indianapolis
Colliers has negotiated a renewal of an industrial lease covering 599,152 square feet at 8677 Logo Court in Indianapolis. Jason Speckman of Colliers represented the property owner, Link Logistics. A separate Colliers team of Billy Powers, Jimmy Cohoat, Romy Zeid and Tucker Forbes represented the tenant, which was not named in the report.
The building was constructed in 1991 and sits on nearly 26 acres. Its specifications include a 28-foot clear height, a cross-docked configuration and 6,400-amp, three-phase electrical service. The report does not disclose the renewal term or rental rate.
The transaction shows a large, older industrial facility in the Indianapolis area retaining a major occupier under a renewed lease. For owners, lenders and investors, the deal highlights how physical specifications such as clear height, dock layout and power capacity sit alongside lease terms when valuing and underwriting similar big-box space.
