Northmarq’s Dominic Martinez, Parker Stewart, Alex Malzone, and Charlie McKee recently brokered the sale of Whisper Hollow Apartments, a 315-unit multifamily community situated at 12430 Whisper Hollow Drive in Maryland Heights, Missouri. Banner Real Estate Group, the seller, divested the garden-style property to Monarch Investment and Management Group.

Constructed in 1976 and extensively renovated in 2018, Whisper Hollow spans approximately 14.5 acres and comprises 13 three-story buildings.
