Partnership Initiates Leasing for Final Phase of Hudson House Collection in Jersey City

A partnership comprising RXR, Columbia Property Trust, Strategic Value Partners LLC, and One Investment Management has begun leasing Hudson House West, a 27-story apartment building in Jersey City. This 338-unit tower is the third and final component of the Hudson House Collection, situated in the city's SoHo West neighborhood.

The broader Hudson House Collection includes another 27-story building, Hudson House East, and the five-story adaptive reuse project known as Radio Lofts. Combined, the entire development features 829 residential units and 48,000 square feet of retail space. Leasing for Hudson House West started over the summer, with studio apartments priced from approximately $2,700 per month.

Residents of Hudson House West will have access to extensive amenities, including two swimming pools, outdoor grilling areas, a sky lounge, a fitness center, coworking spaces, and an indoor soccer field. The launch of leasing marks a significant milestone for the completion of this substantial mixed-use development, bringing new housing and retail options to the Jersey City market.
