
Worth & Associates Buys 108,116 SF Office Complex in San Antonio’s Stone Oak
Worth & Associates, a San Antonio-based owner-operator, has completed the acquisition of The Commons at Concord Park, a 108,116-square-foot office complex situated in the city's Stone Oak neighborhood. The property consists of four buildings, offering suites that vary in size from 1,254 to 9,790 square feet.
At the time of the transaction, The Commons at Concord Park was 85 percent leased. Its tenant roster includes businesses from diverse sectors such as construction, logistics, medical research, healthcare, and physical therapy. Worth & Associates intends to undertake capital improvements to the complex following the acquisition.
Todd Mills of Cushman & Wakefield represented the undisclosed seller in this transaction. Shawn Gulley handled the representation for Worth & Associates internally. This acquisition signals continued investment in San Antonio's office market, with a focus on enhancing existing properties to meet tenant demands.
