CBRE has successfully brokered the sale of a 10.7-acre development site in Waterloo, Wisconsin, for $1.1 million. The parcel is slated for the construction of Drumlin Fields Apartments, a 96-unit garden-style multifamily community. Brew City Capital Group, through its affiliate Drumlin Fields Waterloo LLC, acquired the property from Rolling Meadows Apartments LLC.

Located approximately 25 miles northeast of Madison, the project has an estimated total development cost of $23.5 million. Brew City Capital Group is collaborating with Duffek Construction, KCB Architecture & Design, and Kapur & Associates for the development. Construction is scheduled to commence on October 14, with an anticipated completion date in April 2028. The new community will offer amenities such as private entrances, attached garages, in-unit washers and dryers, and private patios or balconies, providing new housing options in the area.
