Innocean USA Expands Headquarters to 101,000 SF at Hackman Capital’s El Segundo Campus

Innocean USA, an international advertising agency, has signed a substantial lease to establish its new headquarters at Hackman Capital Partners' creative office campus in El Segundo, California. The agency will occupy 101,000 square feet, more than doubling its current 50,000-square-foot footprint in Huntington Beach. This relocation, which will accommodate nearly 600 employees, is set to conclude with construction in 2027 and will dedicate a portion of the space to a production facility for commercials and other content.

The campus, located at 888 Douglas Street, spans 30 acres and comprises four buildings totaling 550,000 square feet. Hackman Capital Partners acquired the former Northrop Grumman aerospace manufacturing complex in 2016, investing approximately $100 million into its transformation into a modern creative office environment. This development reflects a broader trend in L.A.'s South Bay, attracting major occupiers like L’Oréal USA and Beyond Meat, alongside a resurgence of aerospace and defense companies. The deal underscores the ongoing demand for repurposed industrial sites into high-value creative office spaces.
