Cohen Brothers Secures 96,000 Square Feet in Leases at West Hollywood’s Pacific Design Center
Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation of California has secured seven lease agreements totaling nearly 96,000 square feet at the Pacific Design Center's Red Building in West Hollywood. The transactions include new leases and renewals across fashion, beauty, and technology sectors within the 400,000-square-foot property located at Melrose Avenue and San Vicente Boulevard.
Among the new tenants, beauty incubator SuperOrdinary executed the largest commitment with a 25,000-square-foot lease. Luxury cosmetic firm Hourglass Cosmetics secured 18,500 square feet for six years, while Pattern Beauty leased 7,800 square feet over the same duration. Australian retailer Princess Polly committed to 11,500 square feet for six and a half years, and vintage boutique Lily et Cie signed an eight-year lease for 8,500 square feet.
On the renewal side, social platform Grindr extended its 14,500-square-foot corporate headquarters lease, and fashion brand AllSaints renewed its 10,020-square-foot footprint for four years. The 1.6-million-square-foot campus, designed by Cesar Pelli, includes the Red Building alongside older Blue and Green structures.
These leasing results demonstrate ongoing occupier liquidity and sustained tenant demand for well-located creative office assets in West Hollywood.
