Cohen Brothers Realty Secures 76,100 SF in Leases at West Hollywood’s Pacific Design Center
Cohen Brothers Realty has announced the completion of more than a dozen new leases and renewals, encompassing 76,100 square feet, at its Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood. The 1.6 million-square-foot mixed-use campus, known for its distinctive red, green, and blue buildings, is located near West Hollywood Park. The largest transaction involved furniture manufacturer A. Rudin, which signed an 11-year renewal and will relocate into an 11,000-square-foot flagship showroom within the Blue Building. Other new showroom tenants include TwoPages Curtains, Walters Wicker, Gryphon Audio LA, Gandia Blasco, and Brooklinen. Existing tenants like Jasper and Mimi London expanded or renewed substantial spaces, while Janus et Cie, DEDON, Schumacher, Aran Cucine, and Samuel & Sons also renewed their showrooms. Additionally, the development secured new food and beverage leases with Très LA and Community Goods, alongside the Detour food truck concept. These latest deals follow nearly 96,000 square feet of office leases signed in September, indicating continued tenant interest in the prominent West Hollywood property.
