Bahia Mar Club Plans Unveiled for St. Regis Residences in Fort Lauderdale

DealsZoning

The Related Group, Tate Capital, and Rok Acquisitions have revealed designs for the Bahia Mar Club, a one-acre private waterfront recreation and wellness facility tied to The St. Regis Residences, Bahia Mar, a $2 billion, 40-acre mixed-use project in Fort Lauderdale. EDSA designed the landscape, and the club will be open only to residential owners.

Planned outdoor features include a tennis court, a padel court with a courtside viewing gallery, a clubhouse run by St. Regis, and an outdoor lap pool surrounded by daybeds and lounge seating. Additional spaces include an open lawn for yoga and gatherings, a summer kitchen, a serenity garden, a children's playground, and a waterfront sunset terrace with fire pits. Together with roughly 35,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities within the residences, the club supports the wider program.

The broader redevelopment spans about 40 acres along the waterfront and includes a 78-residence condominium tower, a 122-key St. Regis hotel, 106 resort residences, and a 250-slip deepwater marina. Arquitectonica is the architect, and Tara Bernerd & Partners is handling interiors. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling sales, with private residences priced from $4.9 million and resort residences from $3 million. Construction is expected to begin in 2027 and finish in 2030.

For developers and lenders, the project shows how high-end waterfront schemes are packaging large private amenity zones alongside marina and hospitality uses. Feasibility models should account for amenity-heavy site plans on constrained waterfront parcels.
