North Tower Tops Out at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay in Bonita Springs
Construction has reached a key milestone with the topping out of the 22-story North Tower at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay, located at 5000 Coconut Road in Bonita Springs. This development, led by London Bay Development Group and designed by Arquitectonica, features 224 luxury condominium residences across two towers within the expansive 500-acre Saltleaf community. The North Tower's superstructure is now complete, following the South Tower's opening in March.
The project, which began North Tower construction in May 2025, has already achieved over $750 million in total sales. Mark Wilson, CEO of London Bay Development Group, highlighted the topping out as a powerful reflection of the Saltleaf vision coming to fruition. Residences, ranging from 2,628 to 3,885 square feet, offer two to four-bedroom layouts with private elevator lobbies and outdoor terraces. Amenities span five acres, including pools, a wellness center, and a private dining room. The adjacent Saltleaf Marina and Saltleaf Golf Preserve are already operational, enhancing the community's appeal. This construction progress signals continued luxury development in Southwest Florida, offering new high-end inventory to the market.
