Canvas Residential and Kelley Properties Launch 141-Unit Build-to-Rent Development in Bermuda Run, NC

Canvas Residential Partners and Kelley Properties have announced plans for Wellstead at Kinderton Farms, a new 141-unit build-to-rent development in Bermuda Run, North Carolina. This project, situated in Davie County approximately 13 miles west of Winston-Salem, will include 128 townhomes and 13 single-family detached homes.

The townhomes are designed with two to four bedrooms, spanning up to 1,700 square feet, and will feature two-car garages. The single-family homes will offer four bedrooms, two-car garages, and measure up to 2,100 square feet. Community amenities are set to include a clubhouse with a leasing center overlooking a lake, a wellness center, swimming pool, resident lounge, dog park, and neighborhood sidewalks.

Site work for Wellstead at Kinderton Farms is expected to commence this month, with the first homes projected for delivery in spring 2028. This development highlights the ongoing expansion of the build-to-rent sector and provides new housing options in the growing suburban markets of North Carolina.
