Bronx Medical Office Building Achieves Full Occupancy with VA Vet Center Lease

Simone Development Companies' 27,275-square-foot medical and office building at 1733 Eastchester Road in the Bronx is now fully leased after the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs secured 5,234 square feet for a new Vet Center. This long-term lease, facilitated by the GSA, completes the occupancy of the property, which also recently welcomed Downtown Brooklyn Physical Therapy.
