Pendry Tampa Hotel and Residences Top Out Along Downtown Riverwalk
The Pendry Tampa and Pendry Residences Tampa, a significant mixed-use development, has achieved its topping-out milestone along the Tampa Riverwalk in Downtown Tampa. This project, a collaboration between Two Roads Development and Pendry Hotels & Resorts, marks the completion of the building's vertical structure. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Studio Munge, and constructed by Coastal Construction, the development is set to introduce the Pendry hospitality brand to Florida.
The complex will feature 218 hotel guestrooms and suites, alongside 190 private residences. The residential component has seen strong market interest, with over 80 percent of units already under contract, totaling more than $400 million in sales. These luxury homes, starting at $1.7 million, offer one- to three-bedroom layouts with floor-to-ceiling glazing and private terraces overlooking the Hillsborough River and the Downtown Tampa skyline.
Amenities for residents include a dedicated lobby, pools, fitness facilities, and social spaces, with access to hotel services. The hotel will host multiple dining venues, a spa, and over 14,000 square feet of meeting space. Coastal Construction navigated geological challenges at the waterfront site during the build. Anticipated completion and the hotel's opening are scheduled for 2027, establishing a new luxury standard for the area.
