Nexo Residences, a 254-Unit Condominium Project, Completes Construction in North Miami Beach
Fortune International Group and Blue Road have announced the completion of Nexo Residences, a 16-story, 254-unit condominium development located at 13899 Biscayne Boulevard in North Miami Beach. The project has secured its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy and is now preparing to welcome its initial owners and guests. Designed by Carlos Ott with Frankel Benayoun Architects Inc. as the architect of record, and built by KAST Construction, Nexo Residences addresses a market demand for flexible living options.
The development features fully furnished studios to three-bedroom condominiums, alongside three- and four-bedroom townhomes, with interiors spanning 531 to 2,438 square feet. Over 90% of the residences have been sold to international buyers, though a limited selection remains available, with prices starting in the $685,000s. Urban Robot handled the design of common areas, interiors, and landscaping. Amenities include a two-story technology hub, a swimming pool deck, a fitness center, and a rooftop observatory.
AvantStay will serve as the preferred property manager for short-term rental operations, allowing owners flexibility in personal use or rental. The project also offers opportunities through the EB-5 program, requiring a $1,050,000 investment. This completion adds significant new inventory to North Miami Beach, catering to diverse residential and investment needs.
