Nexo Residences, a 254-Unit Short-Term Rental Condominium, Completed in North Miami Beach
The Nexo Residences, a 16-story, 254-unit condominium project located at 13899 Biscayne Boulevard in North Miami Beach, has officially reached completion. Developers Fortune International Group and Blue Road announced the delivery, confirming the property has received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy and is preparing to welcome its first owners and guests. Designed by Carlos Ott with Frankel Benayoun Architects Inc. as architect of record and built by KAST Construction, the development addresses a demand for flexible short-term rental properties in the area.
Over 90% of the residences, which include studios through three-bedroom condominiums and larger townhomes, have already been sold to buyers from more than 25 countries. A limited selection remains available, with pricing starting in the $685,000s. The property boasts a comprehensive amenity program, including coworking spaces, a pool deck, and a rooftop observatory. AvantStay will serve as the preferred property manager for short-term rental operations, offering a hospitality team for participating owners. The project also features an EB-5 program for eligible investors, requiring a $1,050,000 investment. This completion adds significant new short-term rental inventory to the South Florida market.
