Newgard Development Group and Porsche Design Launch Automotive Studios in West Palm Beach
Newgard Development Group and Porsche Design have announced Porsche Design Concours, a new development at 2500 North Florida Mango Road in West Palm Beach. The project will feature 22 privately owned automobile studios, ranging from 2,700 to 6,000 square feet, alongside a membership-based clubhouse offering recreational, hospitality, and wellness amenities. The development is designed by Urban Robot Associates in collaboration with Porsche Design and is anticipated to open in 2028.
PB Vaults Development LLC, an affiliate of Newgard, acquired the 2.6-acre property in August 2026 for $10.5 million. Each studio will include a mezzanine, full bathroom, wet bar, and climate control, designed for vehicle storage, workspace, and leisure. Sales for these invitation-only studios are underway. A central feature is The Concours, an enclosed automotive promenade serving as a circulation corridor and display area. This West Palm Beach site is one of the initial two locations, with another planned for Dallas, Texas, as part of a broader national expansion strategy for automotive collector communities.
