Del Webb Launches 670-Home Active Adult Community in Bridgeland, Cypress
Del Webb, a PulteGroup division, has officially opened Del Webb Bridgeland, introducing the first active adult community to the expansive Bridgeland master-planned development in Cypress, Texas. This new community, catering to residents aged 55 and older, held its grand opening on October 3rd, showcasing fully furnished model homes.
The development is planned for 670 homes within Creekland Village, with prices starting in the mid-$400,000s. Residences will range from 1,600 to 2,712 square feet. Future residents can anticipate a comprehensive suite of amenities, including a clubhouse, a resort-style pool, a fitness center, a golf simulator, a movement studio, and both indoor and outdoor pickleball courts. A dedicated lifestyle director will also be part of the community.
Bridgeland, an 11,500-acre project by Howard Hughes Communities, already offers various housing types, from single-family homes to urban townhomes and build-to-rent options. Del Webb continues to expand its presence across Texas, with recent openings in Sugar Land and Fulshear, and new projects underway in Rockwall and Bastrop. This new community adds significant age-restricted housing inventory to the Houston metropolitan area.
