Fort Worth's industrial real estate market is experiencing substantial growth, accounting for 12% of all U.S. industrial space currently under development. Holt Lunsford Commercial is contributing to this expansion with Eagle Alliance Crossing, a five-building, 514,726-square-foot Class-A industrial park in the AllianceTexas submarket. Located at 18344 FM 156, this development aims to fill a supply gap for mid-size and sub-100,000-square-foot users, with construction set to begin in the fourth quarter and completion targeted for the first quarter of 2028. Scannell Properties has also filed plans for a $23 million, 360,000-square-foot industrial project in north Fort Worth.

In other market activity, Colorado-based Century Communities acquired HistoryMaker Homes, a Grapevine-based company and Texas's longest-standing homebuilder. This acquisition significantly expands Century Communities' community count and lot pipeline in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Additionally, Prim Construction completed an 82,000-square-foot Toyota dealership in White Settlement, and the Fort Worth City Council approved $12 million in incentives for a $100 million mixed-use development on Panther Island, featuring a 290-unit apartment complex. These projects highlight a dynamic development landscape across various real estate sectors in the Fort Worth region.
