Flexible office operator Industrious has signed a 12,000-square-foot lease at Caruso's historic Masonic Temple in Glendale. Located at 234 South Brand Boulevard, the space spans two floors and will feature 101 private office seats alongside 17 common-area seats. Scheduled to launch in late June 2027, the outpost serves as the provider's second Glendale footprint and its 19th location across Greater Los Angeles.

The agreement marks the first transaction between Industrious and developer Caruso. Built in 1929, the nine-story Art Deco Masonic Temple was restored into Class A office and retail inventory adjacent to Caruso's Americana at Brand shopping complex. The asset also functions as the North Los Angeles headquarters for CBRE, which acquired Industrious last year.

The lease continues an aggressive regional expansion for Industrious, which previously secured an 18,400-square-foot facility at Douglas Emmett’s Studio Plaza in Burbank and 22,000 square feet at Sherman Oaks Galleria. For commercial landlords, partnering with established flex operators remains an effective strategy to activate historic office assets and capture hybrid tenant demand.
