Prime Square Doral Commercial Condominium Project Begins Pre-Construction in Doral

Rieber Developments and Berca Development Group have commenced pre-construction activities for Prime Square Doral, a significant 58,000-square-foot commercial condominium project located at 7200 NW 102nd Avenue in Doral. This three-building development, designed by PPK Architect, is nearing final permitting, with the general contractor, Vandrak Construction, preparing for a Q1 2027 construction start. Completion is projected for Q4 2028.

The 3.25-acre site will host approximately 40,000 square feet dedicated to retail and restaurant uses, alongside 18,000 square feet of office space. The project also includes 224 parking spaces, with the tallest structure rising three stories. Prime Square Doral has already secured site plan approval and reports 60 percent of its units sold, indicating strong market demand for ownership-driven commercial properties in the Doral area.
