Developer Proposes Two-Tower Residential Project in North Bay Village, Florida
A subsidiary of El-Ad Group has unveiled plans for a significant two-tower residential project in North Bay Village, Florida, which could introduce the area's tallest building. The proposed development, located at 7922 East Drive and 7925-7931 East Drive, includes a 46-story tower reaching 518 feet and a 39-story tower at 465 feet. Together, these structures are designed to house 165 residences, offering one- to four-bedroom layouts, with the smallest units starting around 1,240 square feet.
Residents are expected to have access to extensive amenities, including a swimming pool and clubhouse. The project also incorporates 5,295 square feet of waterfront restaurant space, 427 parking spots, and over 10,000 square feet dedicated to public park space. El-Ad Properties is listed as the developer, with ODP Architecture and Garcia Stromberg serving as the architects. This development contributes to a broader real estate boom in North Bay Village, which is experiencing multiple residential and commercial projects, such as Urbania Development's 28-story tower. For developers and investors, this project signifies continued growth and demand in the Miami-Dade County market.
