JLL Brokers $31 Million Sale of Kingswood Center Mixed-Use Property in Brooklyn
JLL recently facilitated the $31 million sale of Kingswood Center, a prominent mixed-use property spanning 226,130 square feet in Brooklyn's Midwood neighborhood. The three-story building features retail space, anchored by T.J. Maxx, alongside a 257-space parking garage, making it a key commercial asset in the area. Midland Loan Services, the seller, was represented by JLL's Ethan Stanton, Michael Mazzara, and Brendan Maddigan. Concurrently, Scott Aiese and Alex Staikos, also from JLL, secured acquisition financing for the buyer, Bridges Development Group. This transaction underscores continued investment activity in New York City's diverse real estate market, particularly for properties combining retail and parking components. For developers and investors, such deals highlight opportunities in established urban neighborhoods.
