Miami Design District Associates and BH3 Management Partner for 20-Story Office Tower
Miami Design District Associates and BH3 Management have established a joint venture to develop The Ursa, a significant 20-story office tower within Miami's vibrant Design District. This collaboration marks a substantial expansion of the project's initial concept, boosting its total square footage by 40 percent. Designed by the renowned firms Arquitectonica and Arsham Studio, The Ursa is planned to encompass 250,000 square feet of Class A office space, featuring desirable 14-foot ceiling heights.
Beyond its prime office offerings, the development is set to provide a comprehensive array of amenities for future tenants. These include a dedicated amenity deck, carefully curated art installations, and modern fitness facilities. The ground floor will also contribute to the district's retail landscape with 15,000 square feet of commercial space, complemented by convenient onsite parking. Construction is slated to begin in 2027, with the project anticipated to reach completion in 2029. This development reflects ongoing confidence in Miami's commercial real estate market, introducing premium office and retail options for businesses and investors in a key urban growth area.
