Miami Developer Seeks Approval for 76-Unit Multi-Family Complex in West Little River
Miami-based West Group Developers LLC is advancing plans for a 76-unit multi-family complex situated at 1927 N.W. 105th St. in the city's West Little River neighborhood. The proposed development, located in Miami-Dade County, will consist of multiple two-story buildings offering a variety of housing options, including one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, as well as two-bedroom and two-bedroom/two-bathroom townhomes.
This venture, an affiliate of Modena Development, has been under development for over six years. Modena Development acquired the 4.15-acre property in 2005 for $950,000. The project's design by Burgos Lanza & Associates incorporates communal amenities such as a 2,400-square-foot clubhouse and a children’s playground. Additionally, 105 parking spaces are planned, averaging approximately 1.38 spots per unit.
The approval of this project would contribute to the ongoing development in the West Little River area, which also includes larger initiatives like the Northside Town Station II. For developers and investors, this signifies continued growth and demand for residential properties within Miami's evolving urban landscape.
