New Interior Renderings Released for LILLI Condominium in Edgewater

OKO Group has released the first interior renderings for LILLI, a planned 53-story waterfront condominium at 717 NE 27th Street in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood. Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture is handling both the architecture and interiors for the 117-residence project, which will offer more than 22,000 square feet of amenity space facing Biscayne Bay.

The renderings, produced by Darcstudio, show the lobby, residences and shared spaces as the project enters its next phase with the opening of a sales gallery. The interior design extends the building's curved form through rounded shapes, fluted wood, metal detailing and sculpted ceilings. Wood, stone, metal and glass make up the main material palette, with large windows bringing bay views inside.

The building will have two to three residences per floor, plus a full-floor penthouse and a garden estate. Select three- and four-bedroom units will include flexible dens. Amenities include a fitness center, spa areas, a saltwater pool, a bay sundeck and direct access to the Baywalk. Sales are being handled by Fortune Development Sales, with prices starting at $1.65 million and completion expected in 2030.

For developers and lenders, LILLI adds another high-end waterfront condominium to Edgewater's pipeline, with pricing and amenity scope that signal the upper end of the local market.
