Aimco and SERHANT. Announce FIVESIXTY Waterfront Luxury Rental Tower in Miami’s Edgewater
Aimco and SERHANT. New Development have announced FIVESIXTY Waterfront Residences + Club, a luxury rental tower nearing completion in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Located at 560 Northeast 34th Street, the 38-story, 497-foot-tall building will feature 114 residences overlooking Biscayne Bay. Designed by Stantec, the project combines spacious living areas, typically found in condominiums, with comprehensive hospitality services and amenities. SERHANT. New Development is managing the exclusive leasing and marketing for the property.
The development offers three- and four-bedroom units ranging from 2,300 to 3,000 square feet, with monthly rents starting at $15,000. Construction, a joint venture between Americaribe and Grycon, began preparatory work in July 2024 and is on track for an anticipated opening in spring 2027. The project secured $228 million in financing from Apollo Global Management and Sixth Street in September 2024.
FIVESIXTY will include a bayfront pool, private marina, fitness and spa facilities, and executive work suites. A 11,500-square-foot waterfront restaurant, designed by Rockwell Group and operated by Gioia Hospitality Group, is expected to open in late 2027 or early 2028. This project represents a significant investment by Aimco in the Edgewater area, offering a high-end rental option for residents seeking luxury living without the commitment of ownership.
