Miami Design District’s Sweetbird North Development Secures Major Office Leases
Developer Craig Robins' firm Dacra, alongside partners LVMH-backed L Catterton Real Estate and Bernard Arnault’s family office, has secured key office tenants for the Sweetbird North mixed-use development in the Miami Design District. The project, which broke ground recently after obtaining a $125 million construction loan from Crédit Agricole, is slated for completion in 2028.
Among the significant leases, Atria Health Research, a medical concierge service, will occupy 55,000 square feet across three floors of the eight-story building. Additionally, private equity firms Raycliff Capital and 26North Partners, founded by billionaire Josh Harris, will each take a floor. The 120,000-square-foot development, located at 95 Northeast 40th Street, includes 92,000 square feet of office space and 22,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. This project is part of a broader expansion for the Miami Design District, signaling continued growth in the area's luxury commercial and residential offerings.
