Parkside Residences in Miami’s Brickell Neighborhood Achieves Second-Floor Construction Milestone
Construction is advancing rapidly at Parkside Residences, an eight-story, 187-unit residential project situated at 1741 SW 2nd Avenue in Miami's Brickell neighborhood. Developer BI Group USA, with design by Kobi Karp and interiors by 2ID Interiors, announced the completion of the second-floor slab pour, which involved 664 cubic yards of concrete across approximately 26,200 square feet. Winmar Construction is serving as the general contractor for the development.
According to Olzhas Ayazbayev, CEO of BI Group USA, this milestone reflects strong on-site progress, with the building now visibly rising above ground level. Parkside Residences is expected to top out by the end of 2026 and aims for delivery in the first quarter of 2028. The project will offer studio, one-, and two-bedroom units featuring open-concept layouts and floor-to-ceiling windows, with select residences including private balconies. Amenities are planned to include a rooftop pool deck, a Technogym fitness center, a spa circuit, and a coworking lounge. Pricing for units starts in the $400,000s, with sales managed by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. This progression indicates continued investment and housing growth in Miami's urban core.
